摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a secondary battery at any time and anywhere, regardless of inside/outside of the country by constituting a battery charger of a magnet, a voltage generating means composed of a coil arranged relatively movably to the magnet and a converting means for outputting voltage from the voltage generating means to a charging output terminals by being converted into a voltage shape suitable for charging. SOLUTION: When pushing in the upper part of a cap 8 by applying force to the upper part, an electromotive force (voltage) is generated in a coil 1 arranged in a magnetic field generated between a magnet 3 and a yoke 2. When releasing pressing force to the cap 8, while being returned at a certain speed to an original position through the resiliency of a spring 5, the magnet 3 generates the electromotive force (voltage) having polarity in the reverse direction of push-in time of the cap 8 in the coil 1. Thus, the cap 8 is pushed in. Then, when operation for releasing the pressing force is repeated, AC voltage is generated, so that the cap can be taken out of lead wires P1, P2. When this AC voltage is connected to an AC-DC converter and is also connected to a secondary battery, the secondary battery is charged.</p>
