PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of the titled system by using spread data resulting from adding a generated spread code to voice data so as to generate a spread RF signal in a transmission state and mixing the received spread RF signal with an inverse spread signal generated through the use of a spread code so as to generate inverse spread data. SOLUTION: A base band module 24 in a transmission state adds a spread code generated by a spread code generator 42 to voice data 29 to generate spread data. A modulation loop filter 54 uses the spread data to modulate a voltage controlled oscillator(VCO) 80 of a radio frequency(RF) module 22, the VCO generates a spread RF signal and supplies it to the modulation loop filter 54. The module 24 in a reception state supplies the spread code to the filter 54 and the filter 54 uses the spread code to modulate the VCO 80 and the RF module 22 mixes the received spread RF signal with the output of the VCO 80 to generate inverse spread data. Thus, cordless communication can be conducted.
