PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease dead angle regions so as to allow the exact observation of a section to be examined and to guide the insertion part of an endoscope device in accordance with exact information so as to enhance safety in inspection and operation by forming the endoscopic device having two image optics systems which have optical axes non-parallel to each other and form the images of two visual field regions varying from each other. SOLUTION: The two image optics systems 2R, 2L having the optical axes non-parallel to each other are arranged at the front end of the insertion part 1 of the endoscope device. The respective visual field regions of the two image optics systems 2R, 2L preferably partly overlap each other. Further, one of the image optics systems 2R, 2L preferably captures the forward visual field region and the other captures the lateral visual field region.
