PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the access to an SCSI(small computer system interface) when becoming the abnormal temperature, the abnormal voltage and the abnormal rotational frequency of the motor. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a temperature sensor 3, a voltage sensor 4 and a motor sensor 5 for monitoring the temperature, the voltage and the motor rotational frequency respectively. The device accesses to a host computer via an I2C interface connector 1, and suppresses the access to host computer via a SCSI interface connector when becoming the abnormal temperature, the abnormal voltage and the abnormal rotational frequency of the motor.
