PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display measurement waveform data in a state where the data can be constantly observed easily by automatically setting an appropriate scale shift following a state in sweeping. SOLUTION: In a waveform-displaying device, the arithmetic means of the measured waveforms of each measurement is obtained or the measured waveforms are updated by a new measured result, and the measured waveforms are updated and displayed for each measurement when the waveforms are measured continuously for a plurality of times. The waveform-displaying device is provided with a display screen creation means 21 for creating an updated display screen so that a range in the vertical direction of a display region becomes a size that is obtained by multiplying a vertical scale with a predetermined size in the units of measurement waveform data for a prescribed number of times and a display optimization processing means 25 for selecting the vertical scale and giving it to the display screen creation means so that the secondary differential value of the measured waveforms and the size of the vertical scale become a predetermined relationship.
