PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send sales information or receive invalid card information by automatically selecting a sales processing by matching against previously registered invalid card information below a set limit amount. SOLUTION: A central processing unit(CPU) 1 which has various arithmetic circuits inside performs operation with various key signals inputted from a keyboard (input means) 8. A portable telephone 12 is connected through a cable 11 to a modem (mount part) 10 for sending data such as invalid card information. A control means (ROM) 3 performs a sale processing by itself by inputting signals from the input means 8, mount part 10, and CPU 1 and also performs a sales processing by matching against a center through telephone line connection. A selecting means (RAM) 4 selects a sales processing by matching against the center through telephone line connection above the set limit amount and automatically selects a sales processing by matching against the previously registered invalid card information below the limit amount. |
