PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for displaying riding route by which the taking order of routes can be indicated selectively in accordance with the ticket purchasing motive of a customer by displaying candidate routes to an aimed station together with the purchasing motive, such as the fares, required time, the number of car changing times, etc., when a station attendant issues a ticket, pass, etc., by designating the destination and riding route in rest>onse to a request from the customer. SOLUTION: The displaying order of plural riding route candidates and the fares of the routes retrieved and displayed based on inputted forwarding and receiving stations is rearranged in the order of the fares, required time, or the number of car changing times in accordance with an instruction from a condition setting and operating section 11 and, at the same time, the purchasing motive causing the rearrangement of the riding route displaying order is displayed in a displaying section 13. In accordance with the highest-order riding route, a pass is issued from, for example, a pass issuing section 21. |
