PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board, whereto without sacrificing mountability of an electrical component when manufacturing it, high shock- and vibration- resistances are given after mounting electrical components on it. SOLUTION: In a circuit board 28 mounted with an electrical component 29, a conductor-pattern sheet formed out of a metal thin plate is inserted into the chill of an insulator 62 to mold them integrally with each other. A lead- terminal inserting portion 60 for inserting thereinto a lead terminal 71 of the electrical component 29 is formed by punching the conductor-pattern sheet. Through an opening portion 66 formed in the insulator 62, the lead-terminal inserting portion 60 is exposed to the outside, together with connecting pieces 72, 73 which constitute the lead-terminal inserting portion 60. In one portion of the opening portion 66, a guiding surface 74 is formed. Also, the connecting pieces 72, 73 are bent in the direction of inserting the lead terminal 71. A mounted main body 77 of the electrical component 29 is fastened to the circuit board 28 by aligning portions 78.
