PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a current which flows instantaneously, when plural high- voltage generation circuits are operated with respective clocks and to constitute a circuit with a power source, whose capacity is small in an image recording device which uses electronic photograph process. SOLUTION: A state detection circuit 3 detects the states of clocks CLK11 and CLK12 which causes respective high voltage generation circuits 10 and 20 to operate. When a state, in which the respective clocks CLK11 and CLK12 are simultaneously started is detected, a delay circuit 4 delays one of the clocks, and the high-voltage generation circuits 10 and 20 are operated with clocks CLK01 and CLK02 which are outputted from the respective delay circuits 2 and 4. |
