PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a sensor in a target for photogrammetry and, at the same time, to surely transmit the data obtained by means of the sensor to the outside. SOLUTION: Datum point members 31-36 having high reflectance are provided on the upper surfaces of the first columnar member 12, a control-section enclosure 20 integrally fixed to the member 12, and a second columnar member 14 which can be rotated against the side face 2c of the enclosure 20 of a target 10. First and second inclined angle sensors 52 and 54 are respectively provided in the columnar members 12 and 14 and the inclined angles of the datum point members 31-36 around axial centers AX1 and AX2 of the members 12 and 14 parallel to the arranging direction of the members 31-35 are measured. An azimuth sensor is provided in the enclosure 20 and the azimuth of the target 10 is measured. In addition, a transmitter is provided in the enclosure 20 and the data about the inclined angles and azimuth are transmitted to the outside. The opening of the enclosure 20 is tightly closed with a cover 82 and an antenna is provided inside the cover 82.
