Cover has two longitudinal tubes (1b, 1c) parallel to middle zone (1a) and receiving liquid weighing substance. Shafts (2) are placed inside tube, expand through tube and closed at extremities with attachment (2a). Thickness is larger around shafts and smaller over middle zone and tubes. An Independent claim is also included for the method to manufacture plastic cover.
