PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a service to an originating call to be transferred by sharing information on incoming originating call and the originating call between plural call centers and accommodating information concerning the originating call between the call centers also concerning the originating call to be transferred between the call centers. SOLUTION: Call centers PBX 6 are provided for each of the plural call centers and have a function of transferring a temporarily incoming originating call to another call center via a public line according to a controlling message received from outside. A CTI(computer telephony integration) server controlling the call centers PBX 6 by the controlling message is installed to each of these call centers. The CIT servers are mutually connected through a data communication line 40 by using a network connector 7.
