PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable anyone to comprehend the completed image of a message to be distributed and easily make a request to distribute the message by equipping a message receiving terminal with an image data acquiring means which acquires image data to be entered into the message, a voice data acquiring means which acquires voice data to be entered into the message, etc. SOLUTION: At a message receiving terminal 100, an operation display and input part 101 displays an operating method for a user on the screen and accepts user's message generating operation. A camera part 102 photographs the face of the user as one style of an image used for the message. A voice input/output part 103 inputs the voice that the user vocalizes and outputs the inputted voice as one style of a voice used for the message. When the user depresses a 'start' key on the input/output picture, the voice which is recorded is outputted through a loudspeaker. When 'confirmation' key is depressed, the photographic image data are displayed on a confirmation picture.
