摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a position compensation for motor control by means of a sampling data processing which does not affect the whole control of a motor and to execute a sampling data processing which does not affect the whole control of a motor by observing an abnormal difference between a next period position estimation and a position detection on a real time basis and taking in difference information. SOLUTION: A next period position estimation unit 2 calculates a next period estimation position from plural pieces of past position data obtained by a position detector for detecting the position of the operation part of a motor. A compensation estimation position is decided by calculation as a decided value from the next period estimation position by referring to present position data on a real time basis, which the position detector 1 detects.
