PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal damage to a metal filling, valve element, valve bar, and bush by securing stable sliding motion of sliding movable parts. SOLUTION: A sleeve 21 is arranged between a bush and a valve element 2, for forming a passage of purge gas along an outer peripheral surface of a valve bar 3. An end face of one end of the sleeve 21 is brought into sliding contact with an end face of the opposed bush. An abrasion resistant metal filling M is formed on at least one of the end faces of the sleeve 21 and the bush. The other end of the sleeve 21 is fitted and fixed to the valve bar 3, axialy movably and so as to be engaged around an axis.
