PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal and a mobile communication system capable of utilizing a voice message as a voice mail without via a voice call service installed in a mobile communication system. SOLUTION: When transmitting a voice message, after the voice message from a transmitter 17 is band-compressed and voice-encoded by a voice codec part 15, it is made a group of digital data and considering it to be one voice message file (binary file), the group is subjected to binary-text conversion processing. After then, the group is transmitted toward the electronic mail address of an opposite party inputted by the user of a mobile communication terminal 1 in the form of adding to an electronic mail. When receiving the voice message, an electronic mail added with the voice message file addressed to oneself is received, the voice message file is subjected to text-binary conversion processing and then the mail is developed on a memory part 2.
