PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a high frequency characteristic of a speaker from being deteriorated even when an adhesive is more or less overflowed in the case that a plate is adhered and fixed to a ring magnet. SOLUTION: The speaker has a yoke 3 with a center pole 3a, the ring magnet 20, and the plate 2 adhered and fixed onto the ring magnet 20. An outer circumferential face of the center pole 3a and an inner circumferential face of the plate 2 form a magnetic gap 4 and a voice coil 10 driving a diaphragm 6 is inserted to the magnetic gap 4 in this speaker. A notch part 20a is provided to a part of the inner circumference of the ring magnet 20 opposite to the plate 2.
