PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MIG head with high reliability by reducing the deterioration of a magnetic film itself or the occurrence of any crack. SOLUTION: The sealing glass of an MIG head is formed as an oxide system glass in which at least one kind of PbO, Bi2O3, and Tl2O is contained, and the total amounts are 20-65 mol%, and a glass transfer point Tg is 400 deg.C or less. Heat treatment using a temperature increasing process to a temperature which is 300 deg.C or more and the Tg or less as an oxygen difference containing atmosphere is suitable for this sealing glass.
