PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample concentration apparatus which can prevent a jet nozzle from being blocked up when a sample is concentrated in such a way that a liquefied inert gas is jetted to a gas guide tube into which the sample is introduced. SOLUTION: A sample is introduced into a detector 6 via a gas guide tube 3 from a sample introduction part 5, and the sample is analyzed. The sample is concentrated near the sample introduction part 5. This sample concentration apparatus is composed of a cooling means 11 by which a liquefied inert gas is jetted from a nozzle 10 arranged so as to face the gas guide tube 3 near the sample introduction part 5 and by which a part of the gas guide tube 3 is cooled. In addition, it is composed of a gas circulation means 14 by which a dry gas is circulated in the nozzle 10 so as to prevent the nozzle from being blocked up when the jet of the liquefied inert gas is stopped. The gas guide tube 3 is provided with an overcoat tube 9 in a part which is cooled by the cooling means 11. The nozzle 10 is provided with a T-shaped cylindrical member which is connected to the tip part, and it jets the liquefied inert gas to the gas guide tube 3 which is inserted loosely into the cylindrical member.
