PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain flexible disposition by providing a sheet part formed out of a sheet material whose surface is smooth and a junction which joins between both ends of the sheet part and is in roughly tubular form without forming bellows like recessed and projecting parts on the outside appearance. SOLUTION: This protective duct 1 consists of a sheet part 2 and a junction 3 formed on the end part thereof. The sheet part 2 is formed out of a rubber material or the like having flexibility and its surface is in a smooth sheet form, and the junction 3 is formed out of a slide fastener or the like. Both longitudinal ends of the sheet part 2 are joined at the junction 3, so that the sheet part 2 becomes roughly tubular and longitudinally flexible because of its flexibility. The flexibility of the sheet part 2 permits the protective duct 1 to be disposed along a wall surface even when a stepped part lies at a position on which the protective duct 1 is disposed. The protective duct 1 can be also disposed without losing the beauty of the outside appearance because the appearance is smooth and there is not any roughness like bellows.
