PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an external electrode from peeling from a glass bulb by providing a slit on a terminal so as to fit to a curved shape of the outer surface of the glass bulb. SOLUTION: A pair of band shaped electrodes 4, 5 whose lengths are approximately equal to a length of a glass bulb 1 is provided with a predetermined distance on an outer surface of the glass bulb 1 with a fluorescent coat 2 formed on an inner surface of the glass bulb 1. A terminal 6 provided on ends of the band shaped electrodes 4, 5 includes at least not less than one slit on a contact part 61 with the outer electrode along a longitudinal direction of the contact part 61 with the external electrode. Therefore, the contact part 61 with the external electrode has a shape which fits to a curved shape of the outer surface of the glass bulb 1, and is mounted on the ends of the external electrodes 4, 5.
