HEATER FOR AUGER-TYPE ICE MAKING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation of a heater on the periphery of an upper end of a freezing cylinder, and to realize uniform heating at upper and lower portions by the heater. SOLUTION: A pressing head portion 3 is fixed in an upper end 1a of a freezing cylinder 1 of an auger-type ice making apparatus such that three portions thereof are screwed in respective three directions by means of lock bolts 4. The upper end of an auger 2 is rotatably supported by a bearing portion 5 of the pressing head portion 3. A belt heater 20 is wound on the periphery of the upper end 1a of the freezing cylinder, and installed on the same by means of the lock bolt 4 penetrating therethrough. The belt heater 20 is formed such that a belt-type silicon material has heating wires molded therein.
