摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce and utilize an unneeded optical disk substrate or an optical disk and at the same time improve manufacturing efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs while maintaining the mechanical characteristics and recording/reproducing characteristics of a one-side lamination optical disk by collecting an unneeded optical disk substrate or an optical disk that is formed once and using it as a raw material resin when performing the injection molding of a dummy substrate. SOLUTION: An unneeded optical disk substrate or an optical disk is ground, and the ground regenerative product is adjusted so that its long diameter becomes 10 mm or less. When performing the injection molding of a dummy substrate, the injection molding may be made only by the regenerative product or the regenerative product may be mixed with a virgin raw material resin at an arbitrary ratio. When the virgin raw material resin is to be used, the same type of resin as that used for the molding of a data substrate is preferably used and is advantageously mixed so that the ratio of the regenerative product becomes 5-100 wt.% per the total weight of the dummy substrate.
