PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for connection processing between terminals which adopt an original system, without impairing on connectability with a terminal based on a recommendation H324 or increasing the time required for the connection by adding a processing by means of the original system in the connection processing between multi-media terminals based on H324. SOLUTION: A procedure shown by recommendation H324 is executed in the case of connection, and at the same time, the connection procedure for the original system can be executed by adding an empty band transmitting/ receiving part 110, an original system framing part 108 and an original system control procedure part 107 based on the terminal configuration of the recommendation H324. Thus, a shift to an actual communication phase is executed without waiting for the completion of the connecting procedure of the normal recommendation H324 at the time, when the connection procedure of the original system is completed in the connection processing between the terminals where the original system is adopted. |
