PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain communication between unspecified parties by allowing a transmitter side personal communicator to transmit a message and an attribute specific to transmitter and receiver side personal communicators repetitively and intermittently by means of a signal stream with a prescribed format and receiving and displaying them on a display section through an instruction of the decoded and selected signal stream. SOLUTION: A signal generator 25 generates a signal series with a prescribed format instructed under the control of a control section 24 while power is supplied by a power switch 12, a transmission amplifier section 26 and a transmission reception antenna section 21 are used to repeat burst transmission and the transmission reception antenna section 21 and a reception amplifier section 22 receive a signal from other party for an idle time period between the burst transmission times. A signal decoder 23 decodes the received signal and it is processed according to instructions such as reading without taking in, display to a display entry section 11. Contents of transmitted signals or instructions as to operations after the reception are entered in advance by using a function key 13 and the touch screen type display entry section 11 and they are stored in a memory in the control section 24.
