PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decentralize the load of processing as a master terminal of a user terminal by dynamically changing and managing the allocation of a user terminal (master terminal), to which the operation of a common object is propagated, distributing common object information and attached information to the master terminal, and storing the common object information and attached information on the master terminal. SOLUTION: A user starts logging in a world management server 200 by using a terminal 100 and sends log-in information. A log-in user managing means 210 updates log-in user information and sends the log-in user information to a common object management server 300. The common object management server 300 retrieves the common object. Then a master terminal management part 310 newly allocates the terminal 100 of the user as a master terminal for the common object of '(the number of common objects/the number of users) body'.
