PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the correct file management and retrieval in the order of times of production with no influence caused by the time difference between the homeland and a foreign country despite the difference of places of production. SOLUTION: A retrieval condition showing whether the retrieval is carried out based on the homeland time or the local time is inputted (S3). If the local time is applied, the retrieval is carried out based on the local time and according to the corresponding retrieval condition (S4). Then the sorting of information is carried out based on the local time (S5) and this sorting result is stored and then displayed (S8). At the same time, the stored information is sorted based on the homeland time (S6) after the step S5 is over and the order of this sorting result is compared with the order of sorting result obtained based on the local time (S7). If both orders are different from each other, the order based on the homeland time can be displayed (S8). If the homeland time is applied, the retrieval is carried out based on the homeland time and according to the corresponding retrieval condition (S9). The sorting of information is carried out based on the homeland time (S10) and this sorting result is stored and then displayed (S8).
