摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely fix a bulletin body with both a push pin and a magnet by using as a base material a thermal molding of very-short fiber and a binder component with specific density and providing wire netting which has meshes of specific size on the top surface or surface layer part of the base material. SOLUTION: The common-use board B is constituted by mounting the wire netting 2 and a skin material 3 in order on the top surface of the thermally molded base material 1 and sticking them together with an adhesive resin. The base material 1 is thermally molded out of the very-short fiber of 3 to 10 mm in fiber length and the fiberous or powdery binder component which is fused at lower temperature than the very-short fiber. Then meshes of 0.5 to 3.0 mm in inter-grating distance is provided on the top surface or surface layer part of the base material 1 with 0.3 to 0.7 g/cm2 apparent density. When the apparent density of the base material 1 is <=0.3 g/cm2, the hardness of the molding is deficient and a pin becomes easy to come out and when >0.5 g/cm2, the molding is too hard to stick the push pin.
