PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flashing device where the ratio of light output from plural light emitting parts is controlled to a specified value. SOLUTION: This flashing device is provided with 1st photodetecting means (24, 23, 25 and 37 to 39) detecting the emitted light quantity of a 1st light emitting means 12 so as to generate the 1st output corresponding to the emitted light quantity and 2nd photodetecting means (21, 35 and 36) detecting the emitted light quantity of a 2nd light emitting means 18 so as to generate the 2nd output corresponding to the emitted light quantity by making the 1st and the 2nd light emitting means 12 and 18 start to emit light nearly simultaneously, and a comparison means 26 comparing the 1st output from the 1st photodetecting means with the 2nd output from the 2nd photodetecting means, whereby the 1st light emitting means is controlled in accordance with the compared result by the comparison means 26.
