PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible and efficient process data collecting method for permitting a data request source to collect process data of an arbitrary combination at need. SOLUTION: The transmission data table update task 2 of a process data input device C5A updates a transmission data table 3 by the command of process data addition/deletion A1. The arranging order of process data in packets which are periodically transmitted changes. A process data table transmission task 5 transmits a process data table A3 to which the identifier of a command is added to a data request source so that the change is recognized by the data request source.
