PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a processing method of a mixed raster contents plane denoting a compressed pixel map expression. SOLUTION: A mixed raster contents plane includes a high-order plane, a low-order plane and a selector plane and the high-order plane and the low- order plane are processed on the basis of data included in the selector plane. This method has a step to generate an image plane map to identify a location on an image data plane relating to an image data signal used for compressing a digital image, a step where a full image data signal corresponding to a location not identified for image compression is replaced by using a repetitive smoothing technology, and a step that outputs the image plane. |
