PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag body preventing short with a lead wire without providing an insulating layer and suppressing the production cost by sealing sealant layer of laminate materials composed of a metal layer and a sealant layer having a lot of insulating particles distributed thereon, with each other by heat. SOLUTION: Among materials of a metal layer of a laminate material constituting a bag body are aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper, copper alloy, etc., obtained by rolling and electrolysis. Among materials for the sealant layer are polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, polyacrylonitrile, etc., however, the polypropylene and the polyethylene are preferable from the barrier property and chemical resistance. Aluminium oxide, silicon dioxide, magnesium oxide, glass, etc., are used for the materials for the insulating particles. Especially, the aluminium oxide is preferable from the cost phase. The grain size is preferable to be set within 5-100μm.
