PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MOS transistor output circuit capable of suppressing ringing noise or the like and also performing a high-speed operation and a low power supply voltage operation. SOLUTION: In this output circuit, signals equivalent to input signals are impressed to the gate of a first P channel MOS transistor 1P and a first N channel MOS transistor 1N. Also, by a control circuit 3, the fall of the input signals is detected, a first signal is formed and a second P channel MOS transistor 2P is turned on in a first period after the rise of output signals is started until the logical level of the output signals can be considered as 'H' by the first signal. The rise of the input signals is detected, a second signal is formed and a second N channel MOS transistor 2N is turned on in a second period after the fall of the output signals is started until the logical level of the output signals can be considered as 'L' by the second signal. Thus, the noise of ringing and ground bounce, etc., is suppressed.
