SOLUTION: This cable terminal device 1 is provided with a retaining member 12 formed of metal where coaxial cables 3-6 and a discrete cable 22 are arranged in a row at specified pitches. In this case, an annular member 8 formed of metal is fixed to the discrete cable 22 by pressure and soldered with the retaining member 12.
