<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated device which stably operates even in an environment where temperature change is large and to provide a control method of a microprocessor. SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated device is provided with a microprocessor 1 which executes prescribed application and program and also controls each configuration in the device, a temperature detection device 2 which detects a chip temperature, a comparison device 3 which monitors temperature information from the device 2 based on temperature-voltage characteristic information from the microprocessor 1, a storage device 4 which stores a temperature-voltage-frequency characteristic table showing the relationship among temperature, voltage and a frequency, a power supply device 6 which feeds a power supply to the microprocessor 1, a power supply controller 5 which outputs a voltage control signal to the device 6 in accordance with a control signal from the microprocessor 1 and a voltage detection device 7 which detects the voltage of a power supply fed from the device 6.</p> |
