Handle assembly for stopcock, two part handle mounts on original cross-bar handle

A handle 100, intended to fit over the crossbar handle 14 of a stopcock includes two components. One component is a gripping portion 102 which is gripped by the operators hand and used to operate the stopcock. The other may be a clip 101 which fits over the central part 12 of the cross bar handle 11 of the stopcock. The gripping portion fits over the clip, with resilient flanges 108, 109 gripping the clip. Alternatively, the gripping portion may incorporate the clip, with a second portion containing the resilient flanges 108, 109 gripping the clip through an aperture in the top of the gripping portion. In a third version, the gripping portion consists of two identical halves, split along a plane perpendicular to the top 130 surface of the gripping portion 102.
