PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent annoying other people due to receipt of an incoming call, to prevent the possessor of a radio portable telephone terminal from making a dial to a destination at the receipt of an incoming call, and to prevent other people from knowing private information even in when the possessor of the radio portable telephone terminal forgets and leaves behind the radio portable telephone terminal on desk top or the like. SOLUTION: A vibration detection section 3 detects vibration of a radio portable telephone terminal. When the vibration of the radio portable telephone terminal is not detected, a ringing section 6 outputs no call tone even at the receipt of an incoming call, a storage section 5 automatically stores information received via a transmission reception section 1 and information received via an operation section 8 is made not to be accepted.
