PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dump fowl droppings in an ideal state by admixing fowl droppings with combustion oil, stirring and kneading the mixture, pressing the stirred mixture, and spraying it together with pressurized gas, thereby incinerating fowl droppings having high moisture rate directly. SOLUTION: Fowl droppings discharged from a poultry are not dried up but added with 10-20 wt.% of combustion oil and fed to the hopper 10 of a stirrer/extruder 1. The fowl droppings and combustion oil are kneaded and stirred in the stirrer/extruder 1 and extruded from a mince plate 11 in paste state. The paste-like fowl droppings is pressed by a press pump 3 and fed to a spray nozzle 5 from which it is sprayed into a combustion chamber 4 while being crushed and atomized by an air flow being jetted at high velocity. Flame is jetted from a burner into the combustion chamber 4 in order to incinerate the atomized fowl dropping substantially instantaneously. The incineration ash is collected and utilized effectively as fertilizer.
