PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the break off of an anchor bolt and the tear off of the connection part of an attached structure with a low strength by the action of the big force to the connection part generated by the different shake at the earthquake time, as the peculiar vibration number between a building body and the attached structure is different. SOLUTION: A movable pressure receive plate 4 is arranged in the nearly center part of the length direction of the cylinder body in the cylinder body 2 buried in a building body (a) and elastic bodies 10, 13 are installed in the cylinder body of both sides of the pressure receive plate. The connection rod 6 connected a base end to the pressure receive plate is penetrated to oneside elastic body 13 and projected outside the building body so that the tip of the connection rod is connected to an attached structure (b).
