摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a normal-open-type tilting sensor by grabbing a passive body molded product, inserting it in a conductive bulb, pressing in a plurality of electrodes from right and left to finish the sensor, and turning it ON when it tilts in one direction. SOLUTION: A passive body molded product (b) is made of a resin durable to a possible temperature provided for an automatic solder apparatus, and electrodes a1, a2 are made of metal or heat resisting resin capable of being plated. For pressing-in and engagement of each of these components, a method where once engaged components cannot be removed without breaking them, namely hell locking, is employed. Outlines of the electrodes a1, a2 and the passive body molded product (b) have a common shape in pressing-in and engagement parts, but the inner shape of the passive body molded product (b) and the inner shape of the electrodes a1, a2 are respectively different for a tilting sensor and a vibration sensor. In a normal-open-type tilting sensor, for example, a conductive sphere (c) has about 1 mm diameter and is light, and is stably supported by three point support by two points of the electrodes and one point of the passive body molded product during tilting, namely conductive time.
