PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil case fixing device for an electric flow regulating valve in which assembling workability is improved by rigidly and fixedly installing a coil case on an outer periphery of a valve main body without using a welding method and so as to prevent detachment and floating and reliability in valve operation is extremely high. SOLUTION: A lower supporting member 30 is fixed and installed on a lower part of a coil case 20, a floating preventing projection 43 of a bent elastic piece 45 of a lower fixing member 40 formed corresponding to a fixed groove part 33 formed on the lower supporting member 30 is elastically fitted and engaged to this fixed groove part 33 and floating in a circumferential direction is prevented. By inserting/fitting an upper fixing member 50 which is easy in insertion into the valve main body 10 and is prevented in the detachment by many upward and bent supporting pieces 51 into an upper part of the coil case 20, floating and detachment of the coil case 20 in the circumferential direction is prevented.
