PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate and simplify operation for managing and submitting prescriptions by outputting image data of a prescription corresponding to receipt data successively to the receipt data when the receipt data are large-money receipt data. SOLUTION: The operator of a computer 1 confirms whether or not receipt data connected to identification data is data of a patient who has made an inquiry. A host computer 3 decides whether the receipt data is large-money receipt data having, for example, >=2,000 points and when so, the receipt data is outputted as a receipt bill by a printer 4. Further, the host computer 3 retrieves images of prescriptions internally so as to output image data of prescriptions of one month of the patient and then instructs a printer 4 to output the image data of the corresponding prescriptions after the images of the prescriptions are retrieved. Thus, a copy of the prescriptions attached to a receipt bill is created. |
