The regulator has a body (1) with a fluid passage (2) and coaxial entry (3) and exit (4) passages. The central region between inlet and outlet is an annular chamber (5) with a variable flow constriction. A ring (9) at the end of the annular chamber is elastically deformable, and is compressed by a piston (10) facing arriving fluid, causing the passage to be restricted if fluid pressure rises.
