摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely measure the laser wavelength of a stabilized laser light. SOLUTION: A stabilized laser light source 10 is disposed in a varying environment, such as a thermostat, and emits a laser light to be measured. The laser light to be measured is introduced from an incident port 12 via a polarization plane preserving optical fiber 14 to a reference laser operational environment. The wavelength of the laser light, combined with a reference laser light of a known wavelength in the reference laser operational environment, is measured from the frequency of the resultant beat signal. The laser light emitted to the reference laser operational environment is detected by a CCD sensor 28 for a monitor, displayed on a monitor 32, and used for alignment in the incident port 12.
