<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost by furthermore making devices common to each other and improving assemblability in various kinds of image forming devices of different purposes such as a copier, a printer, a facsimile equipment. SOLUTION: A molded frame 52 as a first structure body and a metallic frame 54 as a second structure body are respectively and directly fixed onto a metallic base plate 50, and in order to avoid contact with each other a molded frame 52 is provided in the frame 54. The frame 52 supports the constituting parts of basic structure which are common to a copying function, a printer function and a facsimile function and are mainly concerning image forming such as a process unit 56, an exposing device 17. In the meantime, the frame 54 supports the other constituting parts such as a controller, a reader, an outer cover. The frame 52 positions a rail member 60 supporting a paper feeding cassette in the state of being capable of freely putting in and out.</p> |
