PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pressure loss of a channel system between a centrifugal fan and the air outlet of a unit body by arranging the air outlets of the unit body and a ceiling panel oppositely to a curved section where the indoor air carried by a centrifugal fan stands in the inner space of a square heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A high static pressure region and the air outlets of a unit body and a ceiling panel face a square heat exchanger 7. Air discharged from a centrifugal fan 6 passes through the curved section 7c of the square heat exchanger 7 to produce conditioned air which passes substantially straight through a blow off passage 15 between the square heat exchanger 7 and the inner wall of the unit body 2u thence passes through the unit body air outlet made in a water receiving panel 10 in the unit body before being discharged from each air outlet 4 of a ceiling panel 8 to the outside of the unit 2. According to the arrangement, pressure loss in the exhaust system of the centrifugal fan 6 is reduced significantly and required power and noise thereof can be reduced.
