PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper with a simple structure that is hardly defective by adhering an outer glass with a smaller diameter and an inner glass with a larger diameter on a front face facing a mirror barrel of a camera of an explosion proof camera case incorporating a television camera at an adhering face so as to integrate them. SOLUTION: A front glass G consists of an outer side glass A and an inner side glass G and is fixed to a glass window frame with a glass holder H via a packing P. A wiper arm Y of a wiper W is horizontally reciprocated so as to cross a front face of a front glass G around a drive shaft 1 provided to a camera case C. The wiper arm Y consists of an arm head 2 and an arm 3. The arm head 2 is fixed by fitting the drive shaft to its slit and tightening them with a screw. One end of the arm 3 is fixed to the arm head 2 with a screw 8 and the other end supports freely turnably a blade holder 5 supporting a blade rubber 6 with a tilt shaft 4.
