PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably save man-hours for jumper connection works. SOLUTION: The jumper wire carrying device 10 is provided with a winding carrying body 11 that is extended from a wire side termination section H to form an endless circulation path 12 while being meandered along with a horizontal terminal board group 6 of a main distribution panel 1, a carrying body drive mechanism 18 that drives the winding carrying body 11 cyclicly and measures its traveling distance, a jumper wire container section 45 that contains a jumper wire 8, a jumper wire supply mechanism 30 that fits the jumper wire 8 to the winding carrying body 11 and disconnects it from the jumper wire container section 45, and a control section 50 that controls a jumper wire supply mechanism 30 on the basis of the traveling distance of the winding carrying body 11 and of addresses of a target wire side terminal board 3t and a target in-station terminal board 5t being connection objects on the main distribution panel 1.
