PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate production and to present a proper function by reducing the diameter of stopper part of a collet member, which is packaged in a hollow part, through rolling. SOLUTION: A holder bolt 11 is formed by header working and in a hollow part 11a thereof, namely, in the hollow part 11a formed from a first diameter reduced part 11c on the side of body top end and a second diameter reduced part 11'c on the side of head, a collet member 10 is packaged for preventing the drop of the antenna. The diameter of the second diameter reduced part 11'c on the head side is reduced by rolling and at the same time, a screw part 11b is formed by rolling. When packaging the collet member 10 into the hollow part 11a of the holder bolt 11, it is press-fitted from the head side over the second diameter reduced part 11'c so that it can be properly packaged.
