PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film feeding device having high efficiency and realizing miniaturization and the reduction of the cost. SOLUTION: This film feeding device is provided with a film take-up member 5 taking up film 16 extended from a film cartridge 15, a rotation transmitting member 4 driven and rotated coaxially with the member 5 by the driving force of a driving source 1, one-way clutches 4d and 5b transmitting only the rotation in one direction of the member 4 to the member 5 and cartridge driving systems 7 to 14 transmitting the rotation of the member 4 to the spool of the cartridge 15.
